On December 1, a unit of the State Migration Service of Ukraine began working in Wroclaw. Now our citizens who are temporarily abroad can issue basic documents here.
For now, it will be a mobile point - a specially equipped white minibus with the "Passport service" symbol. It is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
You can find the mobile unit at Marino Shopping Center, Paprotna 7, 51-117 Wrocław.

• exchange of driver's license;
• production of a foreign passport and ID card or both documents at the same time;
• registration of insurance.
You can pay for document production services on the spot using the online service. To do this, you need a smartphone and bank card details. Service in the center is possible both on a first-come, first-served basis and by prior appointment. You can sign up online on the website.
Later, the mobile point in Wroclaw is planned to be replaced by a stationary one. Also, separate divisions of the State Police of Ukraine are already working in Warsaw, Krakow and Gdańsk.
