Ukrainian border guards on the Estonian border!

Five Ukrainian border guards have started working on the eastern border of Estonia, helping their local colleagues and, if necessary, participating in the survey of those crossing the border. Ukrainian border guards arrived at the Estonian border with the assistance of the European border protection agency Frontex. They work at the border points of Narva and Luhamaa, where they monitor control at the Estonian border. Estonian border guards will be able to take advantage of the experience of Ukrainian colleagues and better understand the path of refugees arriving from Ukraine, as well as their further direction, and provide assistance more effectively. on the basis of additional information verified by Ukrainian officials, Estonian border guards will be able to make faster decisions on permission to cross the border and provide assistance to refugees faster.
